What "Platform" Means

"Platform" or "Site" refers to gv33's official website, its mobile version, and all associated services. "We", "our", or "gv33" means the operating authority of the platform. "You" or "user" means any person who accesses or uses this platform.

• "Account" — the personal profile created through registration on the platform.
• "Balance" — the total amount (in taka) held in your account.
• "Bonus" — promotional funds or benefits offered by gv33.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the amount of bets that must be placed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Registration Requirements

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 for each method.

• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals will always be sent to the original deposit method.
• gv33 may request additional verification for suspicious transactions and reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals.

Welcome Bonus Terms

A 100% bonus is available on the first deposit at gv33, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The following conditions apply to receive this bonus:

• The bonus amount will not exceed ৳5,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit receives a ৳1,000 bonus (total balance ৳2,000); a ৳12,000 deposit receives a maximum ৳5,000 bonus (total balance ৳17,000).
• The wagering requirement is 20x — applied on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• If the wagering requirement is not completed within the bonus validity period, the bonus balance will be cancelled.
• If misconduct or fraud related to bonus use is proven, the account will be terminated.

General Game Rules

Sports betting (cricket, football, badminton, kabaddi, etc.) and casino games (slots, live casino, fishing games, etc.) are available on gv33. Please read the specific rules for each game before playing.

• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the funds placed in that game will be refunded.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a game result, gv33's server logs will be considered final.
• If a disconnection occurs for any reason, ongoing bets will be settled automatically.
• For sports betting, match results will be determined based on the official results of the relevant international sports body.

What Is Strictly Prohibited

Any of the following activities are a direct violation of gv33's policies. If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately suspended or permanently terminated and the balance may be confiscated:

• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Abusing bonus benefits or attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering.
• Attempting unauthorised access to gv33's systems or network.
• Opening an account by providing false or misleading information.
• Colluding with other users to influence game results.
• Running unauthorised promotions using gv33's name or logo.

Users may also close their own account at any time — contact support to do so. Before an account is closed, the opportunity to withdraw any verifiable balance will be provided, unless the closure is due to fraud.

How to Submit a Complaint or Resolve a Dispute

If you have any dispute or complaint, please first contact gv33's customer service team. We review all complaints impartially and work to find a resolution.

• When submitting a complaint, please provide your account ID, transaction ID, and a detailed description.
• In case of any dispute regarding the outcome of a game, gv33's server data shall be the final authority.
• All complaints will be resolved through mutual agreement between both parties.
• Each complaint must be submitted within a specific time frame — within 30 days of the relevant incident.
